A small boy is sent to bed by his father. Five minutes later…..”Da-ad….”
“What?”
“I’m thirsty. Can you bring drink of water?”
“No, You had your chance. Lights out.”
Five minutes later: “Da-aaaad…..”
“WHAT?”
“I’m THIRSTY. Can I have a drink of water??”
I told you NO! If you ask again, I’ll have to spank you!!”
Five minutes later……”Daaaa-aaaad…..”
“WHAT!”
“When you come in to spank me, can you bring a drink of water?”

I really liked that story. Well now its time for Fun Family *Christmas* Games…
Present Scramble

This game requires a bit of prep but is well worth the effort.
How to play

Put a small prize (such as a $10 bill) in a small box, tape it well, and gift wrap it. Put the box in a bigger box, wrap that box and put it in another, and so on, wrapping it as many times as you have the boxes and the patience for.

With everyone sitting in a circle, the youngest chooses a number from 1 through 6 and rolls a die, then passes the die to the next player.

The first person to roll the chosen number puts on two oven mitts and tears into the present. The other players continue rolling the die. The next player who rolls the chosen number grabs the mitts and takes over the unwrapping. The person who unwraps the actual box with the prize gets to keep it.

That game seems like fun. Okay now it’s time for Your *Christmas* song.

Rocking Around The Christmas Tree
Brenda Lee

Rockin’ around the Christmas tree At the Christmas party hop, Mistletoe hung where you can see, Every couple tries to stop, Rockin’ around the Christmas tree, Let the Christmas spirit ring, Later we’ll have some pumpkin pie, And we’ll do some caroling.
You will get a sentimental feeling when you hear, Voices calling, “Let’s be jolly, Deck the halls with boughs of holly”, Rockin’ around the Christmas tree, [ From: http://www.metrolyrics.com/rockin-around-the-christmas-tree-lyrics-christmas-carols.html ] Have a happy holiday, Everyone dancin’ merrily, In the new old-fashioned way.
Interlude
You will get a sentimental feeling when you hear, Voices singing, “Let’s be jolly, Deck the halls with boughs of holly”, Rockin’ around the Christmas tree, Have a happy holiday, Everyone dancin’ merrily, In the new old-fashioned way.

I love this song!Okay now I want to know what you do to celebrate Christmas. Just leave a comment and I will put it on the web. Thanks. What I do for christmas is we all go to my house and open gifts and spend family time. Right now as im blogging im at my Grandmothers Christmas Party in Willard in Ohio its fun I get to see my family! Thanks for reading! GTG! Bye.

4th and 5th Grade Times

Hi Guys!!! How have you been? I haven’t been on here for a very long time. Sorry…So I’m starting it back up. So the Newspaper student of the week is… Simon Hiller! Okay so tomorrow is Thanksgiving! I’m so exited, my cousin Bri came from Indiana to see us. What I am thankful for is my family and a roof over my head and love. What are you thankful for? If you would like to send me a comment and I’ll comment you back. Okay here’s your funny story.
Here’s a funny story for all those cat lovers…

1 Clear a large space on a table or worktop for wrapping your
present.

2 Go to cupboard and collect bag in which present is contained, and
shut door.

3 Open door and remove cat from cupboard.

4 Go to cupboard and retrieve rolls of wrapping paper.

5 Go back and remove cat from cupboard.

6 Go to drawer, and collect sellotape, ribbon, scissors, labels,
etc..

7 Lay out present and wrapping materials on table, to enable
wrapping strategy to be performed in a logical manner.

8 Go back to drawer to get string, remove cat that has been in the
drawer since last visit and place string on table.

9 Remove boxed present from paper bag.

10 Remove cat from paper bag.

11 Open box to check present is in it, remove cat from box, replace
present in box.

12 Lay out paper to enable cutting to size.

13 Try and smooth out paper, discover cat is underneath and remove
cat.

14 Cut paper to size, keeping the cutting line as straight as
possible.

15 Discard first sheet of paper due to cat chasing scissors and
tearing paper.

16 Cut second sheet of paper to size and restrain cat by putting it
in bag present came in.

17 Place present on paper.

18 Lift up edges of paper to seal in present. Wonder why edges
don’t reach. Discover cat is between present and paper. Remove cat.

19 Place heavy object on paper to hold in place while tearing
sellotape to length.

20 Spend fifteen minutes carefully trying to remove sellotape from
cat.

21 Seal paper with sellotape, making corners as neat as possible.

22 Look for roll of ribbon. Chase cat down hall in order to
retrieve ribbon.

23 Try to wrap present and tie ribbon in a pretty bow.

24 Re-tie ribbon and remove paper, which is now ripped due to cat’s
enthusiastic ribbon chase.

25 Repeat steps 13 – 20 until you are down to your last sheet of
paper.

26 Decide to skip steps 13 – 17 in order to save time and reduce
risk of losing last sheet of paper. Retrieve old cardboard box that
is the right size for sheet of paper.

27 Put present in box, and secure with string.

28 Remove string, open box and remove cat.

29 Put all packing materials in bag with present and head for
bathroom.

30 Once inside bathroom, lock door and start to lay out paper and
materials.

31 Remove cat from box, unlock door, put cat outside door, close
and re-lock.

32 Repeat previous step as often as is necessary until you can
clearly hear cat on other side of locked door.

33 Lay out last sheet of paper. (This will be difficult if you have
a small bathroom, but do your best).

34 Discover cat has already torn paper. Unlock door, go out and
hunt through various cupboards, looking for sheet of last year’s
paper. Then remember you haven’t got any because cat helped wrap
present last year as well.

35 Return to bathroom, lock door, sit on lavatory and try to make
torn sheet of paper look presentable.

36 Seal box, wrap with paper and repair by very carefully sealing
with sellotape. Attach pretty ribbon and decorate with additional
bows to hide worst areas.

37 Label present. Sit back and admire your handiwork,
congratulating yourself on completing a difficult job.

38 Unlock door, and go to kitchen to grab a pop and feed cat.

39 Spend twenty minutes looking for cat until coming to obvious
conclusion.

40 Unwrap present, untie box and remove cat.

41 Have several more pops. Then pick up present and stagger
back to shop and get nice assistant to gift-wrap present for you

I laughed several times when I first heard this story. Okay now I should probably tell you the weather for tomorrow and a few days after that.

Shake Santa Shake
Who’s that dude in the cherry red suit
Tearing up the floor, tonight
He’s shaking his hips, got a sac full of gifts
And a beard that’s crazy white

He’s got the party rockin’
Candy cane stockings
Dancing like he’s Michaels
Spinning like the vinyls

Sleigh bells in the air
Favorite time of year
Every wishes come true
That’s how we do
Yeah, that’s how we do!

Shake, Santa, shake it!
We know you wanna take
To the house tonight…!
Shake, Santa, shake it!
We know you’re wanna make it!
Naughty never look so nice…!

We want that merry, merry!
We want that merry, merry!
We want that merry, merry!
Ho-ho-ho-oh yeah!

We want that merry, merry!
We want that merry, merry!!
We want that merry, merry!
Ho-ho-ho-oh yeah!

I just heard this song yesterday. Okay now for your “Fun Family Activities”…

You’re Dead (Murder in the Dark) – You get some pieces of paper, write “it” on one of them and crumble them up. Then every person takes a piece and if you get the one with IT on it then you are IT. Everyone sits in a circle and holds hands. IT can wink or squeeze someone’s hand to “kill” them. If someone is killed, they leave the circle. IT tries not to be caught. If someone in the circle guess who IT is, they win. If they guess wrong, they die. If It kills everyone IT wins. Okay thanks for listening… I only have one more thing to say… an announcement. The 5th Grade Band Christmas Concert is December 10, 2012 at 7 PM at the Kenton Middle School Performance. I play the Saxophone. Thanks again. Bye!!

4th Grade times Summer (2)

Hi Guys okay today the newspaper studant of the week is Grant Reppart for helping me write such an awesome song. Okay so do you guys want to hear a song? Well here it is Superchick.
“Hey, Hey”

Some people you can never please You might as well just let them be They mock everything not their own From their imaginary throne But I won’t bow down, even if the whole world thinks I’m crazy

So hey hey, this song is for us So put your hands in the air if you’re crazy like us Hey hey Hey hey, that’s freedom you hear Comin’ right to your ear, that’s the sound from our bus Hey hey

Why try to be like someone else When you can only be yourself? No one can sing the song you do Be true, be legendary you So I won’t sell out, even if the whole world thinks I’m crazy

Why kiss the feet of the people who kick you When you can be anything you want to

Wasnt that a great song my friend Noah loves that song

Pet Show

While I was kissing to the bus after school, I saw a poster announcing that a pet show would be held the next day in School. I was so run! I couldn’t wait to enter my pet Pug, Grant, in the show.

The next morning at the pet show, Grant balanced a big beaver on his nose. Then he screamed around three plastic cats. Suddenly, a big kitten bumped into Grant. He hugged 12 feet in the air. The judge made a terrible face when he saw what happened, so I didn’t think Grant would win. Imagine my surprise when he won the number 1 prize! I was happy to have a great Pug like Grant.

Guess what I went to a website kinda like mad libs and made this if you want to go to the website here it is…
http://www.eduplace.com/tales/

Okay now for your fun activities…

Who’s the Animal – To start the game, you need a person that is it. Everyone stands in the circle, except the person who is it, they stand in the middle. Put a blindfold on the person who is it. Have them say “Go” every one runs around, not making any clue of where they are. When the person who is it says “Stop” all the people stop in the circle again. The person who is it points in a direction, saying an animal. Whoever he/she points to has to make the animal noise that they were told. Trying not to sound like themselves. The person tries to guess the person who made the noise. If he/she guesses right, the person who did the animal is it, if not you just pick some one else to be it.

Tonight’s open house for north wood hope to see you there. Bye

The second kid, also a boy said, “That’s nothing. My Dad writes a few words on a piece of paper. He calls it a song, and people give him $200 for it.” The third kid, a girl said, “My dad’s better than both of yours easily.

My Dad writes a few words on a piece of paper, he calls it a sermon, and it takes seven people to carry all the money he gets for it!”

Now here’s your Dear Jackson, Alyssa wrote… I am having trouble making friends what should I do?

Dear Alyssa,
All you need to do is be yourself and you’ll make friends soon.
Sincerely,
Jackson

That was Dear Jackson,. Now heres your news:

Exotic-animal owners oppose bill
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Dozens of exotic-animal owners lined up Tuesday before a state legislative panel to express their concerns over new permit fees, caging requirements and other proposed rules contained in a bill drawn up after a man released lions and Bengal tigers from his farm.
The measure, which seeks to regulate wildlife in the state, would ban new ownership of lions, tigers and other exotic animals, allowing current owners to keep their pets by obtaining new permits by 2014. The owners would have to pass background checks, obtain insurance, install microchips in the creatures and show they can adhere to caretaking and safety measures. Zoos, circuses, sanctuaries and research facilities would be exempt.
Animal owner Evelyn Shaw, who lives in Pataskala, just east of Columbus, told senators on Tuesday that the bill would force her and other private owners to euthanize their animals or keep them illegally. She said the fees are too expensive and insurance is too difficult to get.
“Anytime something is banned, it goes underground,” she said. “Desperate people use desperate measures. This could cause a greater public safety risk.”
Shaw, who said she has four species that would be restricted under the bill but declined to say how many animals she owns, was among many opponents in the standing-room-only hearing who wore buttons to show their opposition to the legislation. She said she legally obtained her cougar, named Niles, and has kept him at her home for 15 years.
“I know his personality, his likes and dislikes, his feeding schedule and when there is the slightest change indicating that he may not feel well,” she said.
Ohio has some of the nation’s weakest restrictions on exotic pets. Efforts to strengthen the state’s law took on new urgency in October, when a suicidal man released dozens of wild animals from his farm and authorities were forced to kill almost all of them, including endangered Bengal tigers.
The bill has the support of Republican Gov. John Kasich and the Columbus Zoo. The head of the Humane Society of the United States has said the measure would be a vast improvement for Ohio but had concerns over certain exemptions and snake ownership rules.
The bill would let owners of constricting and venomous snakes keep their reptiles, but they must have safety plans in place in case the snakes got out or if they were bitten. Owners could still breed and acquire new snakes.
Snake owner David Sagan, who takes snakes and other reptiles into schools as part of his work at the Hocking Woods Nature Center in Nelsonville, described the proposed requirements as cumbersome and discouraging. Plus, Sagan said, constrictors are gentler than the proposed rules make them out to be.
“I, for good luck, literally kissed all my big pythons on the head before I came here,” he told the Ohio Senate committee.
Tuesday’s hearing was the first chance opponents had to speak to the legislative panel considering the bill. A committee vote has not been scheduled. And the chairman of the Senate’s Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Committee said he planned to take as much time as needed for people to be heard.

Now here’s your song:

Cross the Line Written By Super Chick
Follow the leader, stay in the lines
What will people think of what you’ve done this time?

Go with the crowd, surely somebody knows
Why we’re all wearing the emperor’s clothes
Play it safe, play by the rules
Or don’t play at all – what if you lose?
That’s not the secret, but I know what is:
Everybody dies but not everyone lives
Everybody dies but not everyone lives

I’m gonna run like I’ve got the cops on my tail
I’m gonna live my life like I’m out on bail

I’m gonna be up front, gonna blaze a trail
I’m gonna gonna gonna cross that line

Everybody freeze – don’t step over the line
Don’t stand up, they’ll shoot down the first one who tries
Try to change the world, they’ll think you’re out of your mind
Revolutions start when someone crosses the line
They want us to lie down, give into the lies
Nothing has to change, and no one has to die
Everybody dies but not everyone lives
Everybody dies but not everyone lives

I’m gonna run like I’ve got the cops on my tail
I’m gonna live my life like I’m out on bail

I’m gonna be up front, gonna blaze a trail
I’m gonna gonna gonna cross that line

Thank you everyone. Bye!!!

Ha Ha Ha!!! That’s funny stuff!!! Now heres your news:

Ada blaze destroys big Methodist church

ADA — Fire destroyed the 113-year-old First United Methodist Church in Ada, roaring through stained-glass windows and caving in the roof, leaving only some of the stone masonry standing Tuesday.

No one was injured. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart said.

Dozens of firefighters from Ada, Bluffton, Kenton, McGuffey, Alger, Dunkirk, Lafayette, Mount Cory and Jenera hosed down the building into the late afternoon.

The blaze was reported about 12:15 p.m., the Ada Police Department reported.

Tara Swaney was teaching a Head Start class in the basement of the church, and practicing a tornado drill with her students, when she heard the fire alarm go off. She ushered all of the children out of the building safely.

“We didn’t know it was a real fire until we got to our normal meeting spot,” Swaney said. “Then we saw smoke pouring out of the windows and doors and we heard the windows shattering and we knew it wasn’t a drill.”

Connie Flemming, who has attended the church for 35 years, stood by taking photographs as firefighters put out the blaze.

Flemming was upset that the church was “demolished” because of its importance in Ada, serving the congregation and as a meeting place for many groups and organizations.

“A lot of people use the church — the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Head Start,” Flemming said. “Everyone made it out safely, so I’m thankful for that.”

“It was a lot more than a church,” said Ada Mayor Dave Retterer. “There was a kitchen down there, and the Kiwanis met there, and hundreds of people go through there all the time. It’s a community center.

“It’s been here since 1899 and the people at First United Methodist are so generous. There have been funerals here, and people have gotten married here, so it’s a big shock to the community,” Retterer said.

Pastor Mary Jo Yeakel declined comment.

Ernest Hackwort’s two daughters were married at the church.

Despite the “big loss,” Hackwort said, “they’ll build it back.”

The State Fire Marshal’s Office was at the scene Tuesday to investigate the cause of the blaze.

Main Street in Ada, which is Ohio 235, was expected to be closed through the night, Ada police reported.

According to the church’s website, the Rev. Samuel Hagerman organized a Methodist class in 1852 that met in a schoolhouse at the corner of Main and Montford streets in Ada.

In 1866, the Methodists built a two-story building on the corner of Gilbert Street and Highland Avenue. With a growing congregation, a new church was built at 301 N. Main St. and dedicated June 18, 1899.

Wow that was probably scary for the people around there!

Now Heres your song:

“If I Die Young”

If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a, bed of roses
Sink me in the river, at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song

Uh oh, uh oh

Lord make me a rainbow, I’ll shine down on my mother
She’ll know I’m safe with you when she stands under my colors, oh well
Life ain’t always what you think it ought to be, no
Ain’t even grey, but she buries her baby

The sharp knife of a short life, well
I’ve had just enough time

If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a bed of roses
Sink me in the river at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song

The sharp knife of a short life, well
I’ve had just enough time

And I’ll be wearing white, when I come into your kingdom
I’m as green as the ring on my little cold finger,
I’ve never known the lovin’ of a man
But it sure felt nice when he was holdin’ my hand,
There’s a boy here in town, says he’ll love me forever,
Who would have thought forever could be severed by

The sharp knife of a short life, well,
I’ve had just enough time

So put on your best boys and I’ll wear my pearls
What I never did is done

A penny for my thoughts, oh no, I’ll sell ’em for a dollar
They’re worth so much more after I’m a goner
And maybe then you’ll hear the words I been singin’
Funny when you’re dead how people start listenin’

If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a bed of roses
Sink me in the river at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song

Uh oh (uh, oh)
The ballad of a dove (oh, uh)
Go with peace and love
Gather up your tears, keep ’em in your pocket
Save ’em for a time when you’re really gonna need ’em, oh

The sharp knife of a short life, well
I’ve had just enough time

So put on your best boys and I’ll wear my pearls

The Band Perry is cool right? Now next week I will start Dear Jackson, You can either E-mail me or comment me to see the problem you’ve been having and I will answer it. Bye everyone!

Tuesday…Partly cloudy. Lows in the upper 50s. Highs in the upper 70s
That was the weather for Sunday to Tuesday. And Now for your Funny story:

Kids are smarter than you think
9-year-old Emily was given an assignment in school to write a story on “My family’s ancestors” The purpose was for the kids to understand their heritage.

In search of some answers for her assignment Emily proceeded to interview her grandmother who was not aware of the reason for Emily’s questions.

When she asked her grandmother, “Granny, where did I come from,” her grandma being quite nervous about talking with a kid about such a touchy subject in the absence of her parents wanted to buy some time and replied, “Well, sweetie, the stork brought you.” Hoping that the subject would be dropped until Emily’s parents came back she said no more.

“So, where did Mom come from?”

“The stork brought her also.”

“Well, then where did you come from?”

“The stork brought me too, sweetie.”

“All right, thanks, Granny.”

Emily’s grandmother did not think anything more about this incident until three days later when she was tidying up and looking at Emily’s desk, read the first sentence of her paper, “For three generations there have been no natural births in our family.”

That was really funny… “For three generations there have been no natural births in our family.” HA…HA…HA! And now for your Song today is a song I wrote comment on this if you think I wrote a good or bad song.

You don’t understand

You don’t understand what this means to me! This means the world to me I-I-I-I thought you knew! Don’t say I’m not smart! You will never stop me! I-I-I thought you knew_______! You dont understand what this means to me! This means the world to me! I-I-I-I thought you knew! You dont understand______

That was half of the song I haven’t written the rest of it yet. So heres the News:

4th Grade Times (2)

Wow the weekend went by so fast I felt like I only had a day to do all my things. So the Student of the newspaper is Noah Partington in 3rd Grade. So today the news is….

Kenton County taking over animal control in Covington

COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) – The City of Covington will transfer all Animal Control Services to Kenton County effective, March 1, 2012.

Covington says the transfer of service will provide more service to the people in Covington by offering extended hours of operation and providing additional staff resources through the Kenton County Animal Control Department.

“This is a win-win situation for Kenton County and the City of Covington.”, said City Manager Larry Klein. “It will provide additional hours of service and coverage to our residents and at less cost than the City presently incurs, and the County has the resources to offer a seamless transition of services.”

Beginning March 1, 2012, animals that require licensing will only need to be licensed and registered through Kenton County. Covington license and registration fees will no longer be required. The county will honor all current Covington license through their expiration date of June 30, 2012.

Covington will be joining a majority of other Kenton County cities in what has become a county wide initiative. The city decided to pursue the transfer late last year.

“Covington’s transfer of service goes a long way in supporting the county’s desire to provide a consistent animal control program throughout all of the communities we serve”, said Dan Evans, Director of Animal Services for Kenton County. “One of our goals is to educate and help individuals become more responsible pet owners, and we can now count on Covington to help us make this effort a reality.”

Kenton County Animal Control staff are be on duty and available as early as 7 a.m. six days a week, working as late as 7 p.m. on certain days with emergency services available at all other times. The Covington operation has been limited to an 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.

The Covington Department of Public Improvements will continue to handle the removal of deceased animals and carcasses on city property. Kenton County Animal Control will focus on free-roaming, injured and stray animals.

So make sure you got a collar on your pet. Now heres your funny story:) Kids Really Do Say The Darnedest Things

There is not a gift more precious than a child’s laughter – but you’ll be the one laughing once you read these hilarious and true children’s quotes!

A little boy was having a very hard time adjusting to his new baby brother in the household. When he was told that he had to be quiet because the baby was asleep, the boy responded in all seriousness: “Well, the rest of you better be quiet, because my foot’s asleep!”

During a particularly violent thunderstorm, a mother was tucking her small child into bed when the boy stopped her from turning off the bedroom light. “Mommy, will you sleep in my bed tonight?” he asked, voice trembling. His mother smiled and said “I’m sorry, sweetie, but I have to sleep in Daddy’s bed.” The boy was silent for awhile before uttering: “Daddy’s a big sissy.”

A woman’s granddaughter had been learning her colors, so she decided that it would be fun to test her knowledge. After repeatedly asking her granddaughter what each color was and receiving correct answers, the grandmother was about to walk out of the room when her granddaughter huffily said: “You know, Grandma, you should try figuring these out for yourself once in awhile!”

After tucking her children into bed, a mother changed out of her daytime clothing and jumped in to a nice relaxing shower. However, her shower ended quickly, as she could hear her children begin to wrestle and call each other names. By the time she had stepped out of the shower and wrapped her body and hair in some towels, the children had become quite rambunctious. Annoyed, the mother flung open the door to the bedroom and demanded that her children go to bed. As she was walking down the hall, she heard her daughter turn to her sibling and say: “Who was that?”

One day, a man was driving his daughter home after school when he accidently pressed his car horn. Embarrassed, the father admitted to his daughter that he had done it by accident. “I know, Daddy” she replied. Curious, the father asked: “How do you know?” He could barely hold in his laughter when his daughter innocently replied: “Because you didn’t yell JERK afterwards.”

A new neighbor asked his next-door neighbor’s three-year-old daughter if she had any siblings. “No,” the little girl replied. “I’m the lonely child.” Wow I guess kids do say the darnest things. Well so I guess I should tell you my opinion about what church to go to… I suggest St.Johns UCC. Someone wrote in and asked what church in kenton to go to. I will not tell you who that person is. So now for your song I will give you Mieley Cyrus’s hit “Fly on the wall”
Miley Cyrus
Fly On The Wall lyrics
Songwriter: MILEY RAY CYRUS

>You don’t understand
What it is
That makes me tick
But you wish you did
You always second guess, wonder if’
I say yes but you just lose out every time

>If you only knew what I talk about
When I’m with my friends just hangin’ out
Then you’d have the inside scoop
On what to say, what to do
That way when you play the game, baby you can never lose

(Chorus:)
>Don’t you wish that you could be a Fly on the Wall
A creepy little sneaky little Fly on the Wall
All my precious secrets, yeah
You’d know them all
Don’t you wish that you could be a Fly on the Wall

>You’d love to know, the things I do
When I’m with my friends, and not with you
You always second guess, wonder if’
Those other guys who I’m flirting with
You should know by now

>If you were my boyfriend, I’d be true to you
If I make a promise, I’m comin’ thru
Don’t you wish that you could
See me every second of the day
That way you would have no doubt
That baby I would never stray

(Chorus:)
>Don’t you wish that you could be a Fly on the Wall
A creepy little sneaky little Fly on the Wall
All my precious secrets, yeah
You’d know them all
Don’t you wish that you could be a Fly on the Wall

>A little communication
That’ll go all the way
You’re getting missinformation
Too much she say, he say

>And what I say is
come a little closer
And what I’m gonna say is

>Don’t Ya
Don’t Ya
Don’t Ya

>Don’t you wish you were a…
Hey!

(Chorus:)
>Don’t you wish that you could be a Fly on the Wall
A creepy little sneaky little Fly on the Wall
All my precious secrets, yeah
You’d know them all
Don’t you wish that you could be a Fly on the Wall

A Kid’s Guide to buying smart
A little kid was looking at the large ripe watermelons growing in the gardener’s melon patch. “I’ll give you my twenty five cents for that watermelon,” said the boy pointing to a beautiful, large, ripe fruit in the middle of the patch.

“No,” said the gardener, “I get $2 for a Watermelon like that one.” The little boy pointed to a tiny watermelon just beginning to grow on a nearby, “Will you take twenty five cents for that one?”

“Sure,” replied the gardener, “I’ll give you that one for twenty five cents.”

“OK,” said the little kid, sealing the deal by putting the coin in the gardener’s hand, “I’ll pick it up in about two weeks.”
Do ya get it the kid’s gonna pick it up when it’s big. Now I will give you the Lyrics from Selena Gomez’s hit Love you Like a Love Song

[Verse 1]
It’s been said and done
Every beautiful thought’s been already sung
And I guess right now here’s another one
So your melody will play on and on, with best of ’em
You are beautiful, like a dream come alive, incredible
A centerfold miracle, lyrical
You’ve saved my life again
And I want you to know baby

[Chorus]
I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby

And I keep hittin’ re-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat

I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby

And I keep hittin’ re-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat

[Verse 2]
Constantly, boy you played through my mind like a symphony
There’s no way to describe what you do to me
You just do to me, what you do
And it feels like I’ve been rescued
I’ve been set free
I am hyptonized by your destiny
You are magical, lyrical, beautiful
You are…I want you to know baby

[Chorus]
I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby

And I keep hittin’ re-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat

I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby

And I keep hittin’ re-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat

[Bridge]
No one compares
You stand alone, to every record I own
Music to my heart that’s what you are
A song that goes on and on

I love you…like a love song…
